Help ID (Pontiac?) Block casting # 0806453 YD...??

Can anyone help me to identify the block I have.

It has the casting code of 0806453 YD. I was told by seller it is a Pontiac 400.
It has 670 heads on it but the block casting does not seem anywhere anything pontiac that I can ID.

Any help on this one??

670 Heads are from 1967 (good heads but 10-1 compression)

stamped on the front face of the pass side of the block? that number is probably a MUN, motor unit number

look back around the distributer area for raised cast on numbers, that will tell the DOB. If the valley cover is off, some but not all 400s had a OO cast close to the lifters

So this MUN # stamped on rear 0806453; the last 6 digits of it should match the vehicle vin for matching on 68 or 69 correct? (9790071 is listed for both 68 & 69).

The engine block casting number is on the back of the block below the passenger head.
As was said that 7 digit stamped number is the MUN or Engine Unit Number.
The partial VIN is down and next to the timing cover near the radiator hose outlet on the block.
