Whats up with B/M engine Houston Texas

Ordered a rear alternator bracket on E-Bay paid on the 29 th sent several E-mails called them on the phone said they would check and call back never did.I called again they said they were trying to find the bracket it got lost somewhere in the shop. They said they will refund my money nothing yet. Lost the part refunded money dont use them on E-Bay

I have seen this before on EBay with these guys. Very bad business practices. They never have pics and when I asked they sent pics I had seen before. Prices are crazy too. When I notice a part I want to look at and then I notice who is selling it (B/M), I just keep looking. Never even look at their stuff anymore.
