After reaching an answering machine, I left a message with my name and phone number along with my interest. A week later, no returned call. I took my money and business to Romac where my e-mails and calls were promptly returned along with excellent tech service.

Sorry Rock and Roll Engineering, I turned my head away from all the negative publicity you receive on this site to buy a $450+ part and you couldn't take the time to even return my phone call. Now I see why you receive the reputation you have. I'll be taking my hard-earned money elsewhere from now on.

He screwed me out of my subscription money to that stupid flyer he used to sell over ten years ago. I got one issue and then nothing. I called and complained for twenty minutes and thought it was resolved. I got one more issue then nothing. This was the first year for the Pontiac show at Maple Grove which RRE sponsored. I saw him there and when he would even take any time to talk to me about a possible engine build I complained about my subscription and got the same run around..."call the office during business hours and my assistant will help you".

I am glad all I lost was a couple of issues of what amounted to 6 pieces of paper stapled together with rehashed articles of engines he built for guys who race.

Thats funny. I called him years ago about a subscription to that club/magazine. He wanted to sell me all the back issues for the cost of one years subscription and would begin with the current issue for the then current year for the cost of another years subscription. wasn't it the 421 club or something? Does anybody have any issues of that rag or did they all end up wrapping dead fish or in the bottom of a bird cage.

I got several of his catologs from back then. If only he would experience a demise, then they would be worth something.

TransAm 525, just out of curiosity when you turned your head away from all the negative publicity exactly which direction did you find yourself facing? I guesse, like T-Mobile, we dont have complete coverage? Yet!

Cousin Brucie did you a HUGE favor by not returning your call. I would think all of the "negative publicity" we've provided here over the years would have been enough, but you had to experience "The Bruce" for yourself. Lucky for you it only cost a long distance phone call.

This thread was started because someone who owns a business never returned a phone message. The thread starter never did any business with RRE.

This forum is for complaints and grievances pertaining to doing business, it is not to be used just because someone missed the chance to get your business.
