Did anyone visited his shop in Florida? What is the closest major airport to it?
I am thinking about going down there when he is done with my motor and having a bottle of champagne with him when he starts it up the first time, like launching a boat :)

The Tampa airport would be the best. You'll enjoy meeting Ken and Danee, very nice people.

Congrats!

Yep Ken and Danee are kewl peep's.

I've been there a a few times, I make it a rule to lay as much rubb'a on the ground from his shop as possible. The city should pay me for sealing the street with weathering. lol

David is correct, Tampa Int. Airport is the way to go, then drive north.

On the road there right before you take your last right, theres one of them all u can eat places that has the best fried chicken!

Oh, theres also a shop that sells classic cars about 10 miles BEFORE Kens shop on the right, check it out, they had a 66 goat last year.

He likes when u touch the parts in his shop.. ;)

Speaking of which, It's hightime I burnt some rubb'a right now!

My first full year of teaching im making payments on a 505+ with canted valve heads and a procharger from Ken.

But im keeping that on the DL for now.. :D

That's no bathroom - that's where he boils out the blocks !!
Ken and Danee are some of the nicest people you'll meet in this hobby.
And he builds a pretty fair motor as well.
