Ordered up my "Graphtite" rope seal a week ago- and it still hadn't come today. So I went ahead and called up DCI to see if I had given them the correct shipping info, etc. Ended up talking to Andrew (I think) and he told me that they ship USPS, which would explain the delay.
After confirming all the details, I felt reassured that all was well.
About five minutes later, Andrew calls me back- told me that he called the post office and verified that my rope seal was still "in transit".
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. These guys definetly went above and beyond for a $20 seal.
I'd also like to add that I spoke to Don when I ordered and he too was very friendly, willing to BS with me about cams going flat, etc.
Once again, a GREAT outfit.
