Seems people have used different headers for this swap but looking for someone who knows exactly which headers will fit well.

I have a 455 in a 2WD 86 Suburban and used a set of Heddman shorty headers that were made for a 2nd gen F-body. The clearance was tight by the lower control arms. Since you have a 4X4 there should be no problem at all for you. Or if you want to use stock manifolds, the ones with a three bold flange from any 73 up midsize Poncho work nicely as those are what I am using in my 400 Poncho powered 78 Chevy 4X4. HTH
