Some of you may recall seeing this name before (there are strings on this forum dating back many years ago). He is/was the owner of firebirdcountry.us, which is still an active website. I was one of his 'victims', but from what I've been told by law enforcement I was one of the luckier ones as I actually received my car and it was driveable. I was subpoena'd this week by two FBI agents regarding the criminal case against him. As he has not been found 'guilty' to date, I prefer not to elaborate any further. Just a word of caution for anyone looking to do business with this individual or website.

i too was a victim. he still owes me money for a hood that i returned to him because of it being damaged and represented as something else. i to was contacted by the FBI and the latest word is that he plead guilty to wire fraud and other crimes. i don't think he will be a :D threat much longer.
