At this point I would say that Jr is a thief.
He has left me no choice but to file a clain of mail fraud with the Postmaster.
When you cash a USPS MO and don't make good on the parts that is theft.

I've known James for a long time and just left him a message about this thread. I've never had a problem with him and have bought/sold lots of cars/parts with him in the past but it was always face to face.

I'm not sure what the current problems are, but my past experience leads me to believe he will make good. If my comments on any of his threads prompted you to deal with him and now you're experiencing difficulty I apologize.

Here's his number if you don't have it and need to call him....203-238-4578.

No it is not because of you, he started out as a seemingly good (car) guy.
He posted some parts for sale I sent him my payment promptly and how he avoids the issue of sending the part and/or returning payment.
He then comes on here and gives some excuse as to why and assures he will ship the part. Well this crap has gone on for over a month.
This site has already destroyed some little pecker-head that sold parts he didn’t have. Now it looks to me that this guy is the same way.
I have no time for child like BS.
I have his folks address I have both his phone numbers.
I have emailed him in respect to this.
Now he has just stepped on my toes and that don't fly!
I plan on filing this with the postal inspector.
You can't except/cash USPS MOs for goods and not supply the goods!

If you do see or talk to him just tell him to send what he owes ASAP and I'll go away.
But also tell him if this is how he operates then stay over on the Buick site where this crap might fly.

Just pissed!

A returned phone call, PM, or email goes a long way in making people understand if he his having some sort of problem. I'll even do the 2 1/2 drive up there and pick up my stuff and anyone elses stuff that would fit in my car. If I knew for sure he would be there.

James,
Thanks for making this my first real bad deal on this or any site for that matter.
It is so sad that dirt like you must come on here and ruin it for all others.
Thanks for nothing. I have opened an investigation with the Postal inspectors as well as filed a mail fraud complaint with the USPS office. It may not do much but I don't go away that easy!
I suggest anyone else being jerked around by this tool to do the same.
I have listed the address you gave as part of the investigation and since you used your mommy & daddies address I had no choice but to include it as part of this.
You my friend are a true looser!

Well it seems that there are at least 4 poeple ripped off by this tool.
Anyone/everyone just keep filing complaints with the Postmater & Postal Inspectors office. This will catch up with James soon enough.

Good Job James, hope it was worth it ;)

I don't know if I'd say that James and the Boss are freinds...
Many Pontiac folks in and around CT know James. He's been selling Pontiac parts around here for years. I've bought a few things off of him and never had any problems, but I was dealing with him in person.
I am a little surprised that he's not delivering, I guess you never know.

Yea once you get hooked on crack I hear its a nasty thing to kick.
Once hooked I guess you'll do anything to support the habbit.
Why else would he be stealling small amounts of money from fellow Pontiacers.
I can't think of any other reason one would to steal from fellow cars guys.
This little boy must be on crack! Soon will come the street life ;)

I've left several messages and have PM'd him here on the board - posted his number here too. If somebody wants to PM me the address he's been using I'd be more than happy to take a ride.

Update:

I finally received notice today from the Postal Inspection service.
They have reviewed all the information and have stated that it is now listed into the national fraud complaint system. Now they will contact other federal and local agencies and share all information given to see what other violations apply within their jurisdictions.
It may take awhile and may never resolve a thing, but I just want to show the peckerwood it wasn’t worth it!

Hopefully it will effect his credit rating among other things.

Merry Christmas... DICK!

I hope everyone else is following up with this matter as well.
