Were can i reach Paul? His website is down and his mail donīt work?

I spoke to him twice this week, but I did notice that his website has been down for about 10 days. I believe his "phone hours" are in the morning early in the week. I'd leave a message, or try to call back on Monday early.
He's been very busy with the Righteous Judge and other projects and is playing catch-up.
