Never received parts I bought end of NOVEMBER 2007.

Sent PAYPAL.

Asked multiple times about why they hadnt shipped or info if they had.

Nothing.

Asked for refund.......twice and nothing.

Anyone know the Church he is a Minister of or what City he lives in?

All I can say is that I bought an NOS steering wheel from Phil a while back and had no issues. His description was perfect and he shipped fast. Something must have happened. He doesn't seem like the type to scam someone.

He doesn't seem like the type to scam someone.I've waited for someone else to say something positive about Phil before I posted because I have not had much contact with him and have not bought any parts from him. However I did exchange e-mails with him a few years back and talked to him on the phone once. He seemed very nice and was real straight with me. I would venture to guess that there may be an illness involved or some other extreme extenuating circumstances involved....but who knows for sure....maybe if you can be as patient as possible and wait for a few more weeks and then see if you get a proper response?

I dont know...only that he took my money and didnt ship parts.

He also did not get back to me as he promised in email.

Majority of people would have said something if situation was bad or asked for an extension dont you think?

Phone messages, emails have not been replied.

NOV 30 and DEC 08 is when payments were made.

I will call his Church tomorrow and find out whats up.

there is no reason not to reply to an e-mail, phone call, or letter.
How long does it take to reply, maybe 30 seconds maybe 90 seconds. Even 180 seconds. Something is wrong with people who leave people out to hang after you have PAID THEM.

Based on my experience with Phil, he is not one of the above. I didn't even know that he was a minister until much later.

He refunded my money today. He tried a few days ago but had wrong email address.
