 Long story short. Ordered a set of valve covers from Jegs. Wrong covers show up because their catalog was not correct. They agreed and said they would send a label to pay for return shipping and credit my card for the covers. After 6 weeks of calling, shipping label shows up. Got my credit card statement yesterday and saw my $8.99 credit for the valve covers.
They ain't worth the trouble. Never spend a cent with them. Wow. I got a yellow hat.

happened to me about 3 years ago,
I waited 6 months to get back ordered hedman headders to fit a 75 TA with D Ports!
When they finally arrived they had dents in the tubes! I was told there is
no warranty on the cosmetic apperance - only the welds not leaking.
The exchange period expired while I was waiting for them on back order! Unbelivable!
They said I had them too long to return them! and I just got em, 6 months after ordering them!
Aparently spending $700 on hedders does not mean they will look good.
Those dents sure look pretty with chrome jet hot on them! of course the dents are only
where you can see them in plain view mounted on the car, maybee they thought
I was an off road racer and wanted that "Trail Used Look" :gag:
Their customer service is terribly bad, the aggravation of calling, & complaining
to every department was no longer worth the bother so I just mounted them &
used them, some day I'll up grade to roundports & E-Brock heads. (Not from Jegs)
Maybee if they put the same effort in to customer service as their Pro Stock teams
they would get more customers by word of mouth than by advertising by racing!

Jegstek, a regular poster on here, is the one to contact with any problems at Jegs. But I've haven't seen any posts from him lately. Anyone heard from him?

If my memory serves me correctly, Jegstek was responding truthfully and openly about supplier quality issues on this site and some unnamed low life a-hole complained to his boss and he was given some time off. Afterwhich, I haven't really heard that much from him which is a shame. The Pontiac community is pretty tight knit and to lose valuable and honest feedback on supplier quality issues hurts us all.
Just my $.02
