They answered my email, however no one picks up the phone. I called 3 times yesterday and twice today to place an order. I guess I have to look for the pat somewhere else.

Do a search on here for KRE and you might be very glad that they didn't answer the phone to take your order, LOL!

I did get thru and bought the parts, which arrived as promised. However one bolt was missing, I sent them an email and he immediatley sent the missing part.
I am satisfied with their service.
