Ordered a bunch of stuff for my '57 Pontiac SC from CPR back in Nov. 2007. Only received a partial order. Stuff missing or wrong items and items that were to be drop shipped from factory didn't happen. Called CPR and spoke with rep. He was to take care of it. E- mailed CPR, no response. Did I mention they closed for the month of December? E-mailed them about three additional times. I received in Jan or Feb a thermostat gasket that was missing from orginal order and just recently the insulators for my new coil springs. Man thank goodness for Summitt Racing or those damn springs would still be setting on my bench waiting for CPR? Another item was the lower radiator hose for my '57. I ordered the correct no. for a non-AC car with listed it aprox. 10 inches long! The one I received is aprox. + - 20 inches long! They have never returned my e-mails or tried to contact me! I'm a pretty easy going person, but in my opinion they dropped the ball.

All of my transactions w/CPR have been xlnt, which leads me to feel that your experience is not typical.

On the bottom hose length: Many of the radiator hoses that I have purchased for my classics have required trimming for overall length (sometimes on both ends); probably just one more cost-saving measure in today's manufacturing process. The additional hose length comes in handy when using different thermostat housings or aftermarket radiators.
