Restoration shop in Maine/Nh

Looking for advice or opinions on a good shop for restoration of my GTO. I have heard that the waiting list can be quite long for some of them. I would like to start talking to some of them to make a decision on who i want to use and what i want to do with the car. I live near Portland Maine. My dad bought this car new and though im only looking for a driver i dont want to do any damage that cant be undone. Im looking for a shop that would help in preserving the car to be passed down to my son.....

As it sits now, I have gutted the front suspension and brakes to rebuild them and install disc brakes.

Car had one repaint(glass out, new top ect) in 79 and this crappy paint job in 91 before being put in storage. Couple holes in the floor and trunk is a little soft. Going to need some quarter work, maybe whole quarters and lower fender panels. Doors are not too bad.
Much as i would like to just do the body and use it as a driver as i intended, it probably is going to need to be a frame off. The front radiator support is a little weak. Again, not looking for concourse work just with preservation in mind....
Any and all ideas and opinions would be appreciated.

Have you had any experience with the shop in Wiscasset?

Ive seen their work,very nice.They pretty much only do speciallty /restoration work.Theyre going to do my 70 gto as soon as I gather a few more parts.
