Has anyone had problems with this ebay seller, he sells a lot of interiors for muscle cars and is out of Lowell Indiana. He also carries a lot of TA parts. I bought a complete ws block off him before easter and he hasn't shipped it yet. I am in Canada. The reserve wasn't met, so I bought this off him privately, therefore ebay won't intervene. So I also paid so he would ship. I'm off due to the GM layoff and am thinking of driving down.

I may have a comment in a week or so. Giving the guy a chance for the time being.

Let me know how you make out berrygoat. That's exactly what I'm doing, is giving him a chance and trying to work it out. He has a large business on ebay so I'm not as concerned as I would be with someone with very few auctions. 99% of his feedback is positive but I still want what I paid for in my garage, not his. I do have his address from when I mailed the cashiers check to him, and have looked up flight info as a precaution.

Pontiac Dan, I think this seller is an independent seller selling other peoples goods. However, I think I know who actually sold you the engine. I have been scammed by a guy in Lowell, IN and have a pending suit. This guy has a lot of Trans Am & Firebird parts for sale but once I filled a suit against him he closed his Ebay account and opened up another under another name, then started getting negative feedback. Once again he closed his account and started seeling through this seller. If you email me at
[email protected] I will provide you with name, phone number(probably not good), address & company name.

I have bought from him before and would buy from again. I bought a front spoiler for my 78 T/A and it came without a problem. I did not recognize the name :noidea: at first but I am sure you won't be disappointed. I have bought stuff from Canada and it took over 90 days to get to me, I won't buy from Canada if I need something yesterday. I don't know how shipping is from the US to Canada but you will get it maybe not when you wanted it but one day it will be there.

A friend of mine got burned by ebay seller trans_am_pro back in Oct 2006. He was from Indiana maybe the same guy? He is no longer a registered user though.

I'd see if a local PY'er would be willing to go over and visit your deadbeat before you fly or drive in.

Post his name and info on the deadbeat thread so the rest of us can avoid him.
