Would anybody have one to sell? I'm looking for one for a friend who's been wanting one for years. He's been bugging me to sell him mine, but no go there, lol. Thanks for any replies, Ken.

I had a line on one a number of years ago, but at the last minute the guy decided to hold onto it "just incase"...

definatly an uncommon GM accessory/option.

Thanks for the lead, I'll try bird72. You're right, they weren't all that common. I guess it was more lack of interest than anything. I found mine through this site a couple of years ago, I'd been wanting one for a while. You never know when one will turn up.

It's close, but there is a difference, mostly in the mounts by the looks of it. I had heard stories that they used the Vette ones for F-bodies also and there was no difference. I've also heard that the F-body ones were different, I believe I even saw a thing about that in HPP a few years ago. The pics in this ad confirm there is at least two different styles. I'll see if I can dig up a pic or two of the one I found on this board a couple of years ago and post them, but it looks as if Leo may have to settle for one off a Vette, lol.

Hmm, I've never seen one quite like that before. It doesn't look like either the F-body or 'Vette rack. I couldn't say for sure but I'd guess it's aftermarket.
