even tho i think paypal/ebay is a complete ripoff they did one good by me. i ordered an A/C delete plate from american grafitti under the impression i would get it in 2-3 weeks. after placing the order I , like everyone else, could not get in touch with them and some people were waiting 6 months for their product. i made a claim with paypal and they refunded me in less than 24 hrs! thank you
