Anyone deal w/ gtoaz69 ?!

I've had a major issue with him on some snubber parts I was looking for and listed in the "wanted parts" area.

The following is the last post I had and will give you folks an idea of my experience with him:

"I've been screwing around with you for over three weeks on these parts.

You were aware that I was in a bind for them. I second-day aired a money order to you.

Now you say you've had a couple bad weeks, personal stuff, but you had no problem cashing the check a couple of weeks ago.

On August 8, you finally e-mailed me that Your 68 stuff is on the way via Fed Ex tracking # xxxxxxxxxx and will have it in 3 or less business day's!"

I checked with Fed Ex today (yesterday), since I didn't receive the stuff. They told me they were not "in possesion of the parts".

What the hell is going on?"

Watch out for this guy ... he doesn't return phone calls, or answer e-mails, he seems to selectively respond to forum posts.

I can appreciate the fact that he "may be" having problems, but when he says he sent the parts and didn't ... that's the last straw.

Anyone else deal with him?

I sure can understand that he has personal problems if he handle all his personal dealings the way he delt with me.

I'm amazed that he's a Pontiac Owner. ... Although that could be B.S. too.

I'm surprised that Tom hasn't offered parts to anyone else on the forum.

It appears he respond to quite a few "parts wanted" listings. He has the time to be in the forums quite often, but no time to send the parts that I paid for!

Not surprisingly, I still haven't gotten the parts. He pocketed the money and "snubbed" me.

He may be on other websites doing the same thing.

Also, contact the Attny Gerneral of his state and have them investigate the case for fraud.

It was more the way it was handled, than the amount of money I lost.

I'm sure that he's "banking" on that.

I did pay a premium to second day the money order to him and several long-distance phone calls into his voice mail.

The biggest concern I had was having him screw other PY members for larger amounts.

Since he was willing to lower himself once, he can never be trusted a second time.

I would never do that to someone and believe that honorable people hold true to their words.

I will contact his state's Attorney General just on the principal.

Hello everybody ! I Gtoraz69 am no scammer!! I did have and still do have a very personal problem happening. This guy RLfonad (RON) seemed to understand about the delay! And then guess what happened after that!! I recieved a few very rude and Personal email from him with very nice threats and really nice language like I am stealing his first born!! And a bunch of phone calls??? There is no need to ring someones phones off the hook!!Both phones! Cell and Home!! One message is fine and then wait for a response! This guy acted like he is on drugs!! Was this a life threatening situation for these parts like my Wife is going through!!!?? I am sorry for the delay on these bumper parts but I hate to bust this bashing!! Your parts were sent out fed ex and please check the tracking Number again! Again I am not hear to rip people off but when someone act like a total ASS and still is acting like one! thank god you are not in front of me pal because there was no need for all your turmoil!! I truley am sorry for my delay but you need to work on your personel skills. life is to short!! Especially for fifty dollars!! As for your bashing about owning a GTO or Pontiac? Yes you are right!! I do not own one!! I own many 1968's GTO's and 1969's GTO's ,Convertible and hardtops. How about six with my wife and a couple more with my neighbor. What does that have to do with your snubber parts anyway? Rlfonad seamed like a nice guy but lookout if he does not get his way!! He is just another idiot that should not have a Gto because nice people own them and deal with things that happen. You should own a chevy pal!! Gto's might be a little to good for you! Hello B-man, Yes this is true about having delayed RLfonad, I thought he understood what had happened But I guess not by this guy's threatening messages and very rude emails to my personal email and phone #'s that I had given him shortly after! One phone call is enough and then wait at least one day for a response ya think? Not ring my phone off the hook one after another every hour and send emails! After all that Did I delay him- Yes. Did I have personal life threatening problems with my wife and still do- Yes Did this guy piss me off with alot of his rude calls and direct emails-Yes! Am I a crook-No!! Am I a human-Yes! His stuff went out a couple days ago! Fed Ex tracking #3474490005792 and it will be in his hands by sept 6th. You can ask all your memebers have I ripped them off and your not going to hear anything else!! Take that to the bank! Again this guy must be on drugs and could have handled himself better and probably i could have also but it happened! Sorry for the inconvience and I did not deserve to have my address pulled! as for my name I have nothing to hide!! On August 8th. you sent an e-mail with a Federal Express tracking number and stated that you had had shipped the parts. That's a month ago!

You never took the parts to Federal Express, much less having shipped them. To give a fradulant tracking number is, I believe, illegal, but we'll let your State Attorney General determine that.

You never said anything other than you had personal problems. Yet you could cash the check and spend time on this forum.

And as far as threatening e-mails and voice mails... the only thing I stated was that "This may not be important to you, but it is to me."

I did tell you to either send the parts or return the money. I also stated that I would cancel the money order, but you made sure to cash that as soon as you got it.

I ended up finding another set that I received three days after making paymenty.

That's the difference between an Honorable person and a thief.

I just checked the Federal Express number.

You told me that you had shipped them on August 8.

I now see you sent them september 4.

Almost a month after you said you had shipped them and conviently, after you saw on this forum that I was going to go after you on it.

I had told you that I was forced to buy a second set due to your total lack of response.

Anyone out there need a set of snubber parts for a 1968 GTO?

It appears that I'll have an extra set.

As I mentioned earlier ... "watch out for this guy."
