Hi Al,
How about some pics of your finished products, and do you restore fullsize Pontiac two tone (clear tops) steering wheels?
Thanks, Les

Thanks for the welcome Les. I am sorry but I do not do the clear steering wheels. You can look at some pictures of my work if you click on my e-bay name pontiacgtolover and review some of my past auctions. I just did a 67 Pontiac wood wheel and a Mopar rimblow Cuda wheel. I will try to post those pics here on the forums very soon if I can. I am not real good with a computer. Thanks Al.

When you restore a standard solid plastic wheel do you take all of the old plastic off down to the bare steel rim & start over from there? Thanks, Pete

Now with the weather starting to turn and cars are getting put away for winter, does anyone need their steering wheel restored? Reasonable rates with quick turnaround times. Thanks Al

My process is a repair to the cracks and is not a remolding process.

The standard wheel is going to run about 215.00 which includes the return shipping. The deluxe wheel looks like it is severely cracked in the hub area and can be a saftey concern for you. I would advise trying to find a better one rather than trying to restore that one. Thanks for your interest. Feel free to contact me at (440) 829-7533 for more info or questions. Al

Hi Al,
How much did you charge to do the 67 wood wheel? I have a 68 wood wheel I'd like re-done. It's in decent shape, a few small cracks and some small pits in the spokes. Thanks in advance!

IF YOU SEND ANY OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT, IT WILL BE CASHED AND THE ITEM WILL BE RELISTED.
The above is a quote from his eBay auction, 170261261778, which ended September 21, 2008.
So I have to ask: are you ****ing SERIOUS??
I know the routine, people don't seem to bother reading auction terms anymore. But, rather than returning their check/money order you'll cash it, and not give them a thing? If that is indeed the case you should be dead already.

Got a rather lengthy Private Message from "Platinum Al". :blabla:
Not sure why he's avoiding the contemptible business practice which he outlined in his auction... :noidea:
