I just had a transaction with "dedsleds" (Eric) who is also a forum member here. Unfortunately, the shipping company damaged the rare item beyond repair. Eric got right on top of the problem and stayed in comminication with me every step of the way.
He immediately refunded my money for the purchase price, even faster then he needed to. Then, he promptly refunded my shipping amount as soon as the item was returned to him.
I will definately be dealing with Eric in the future as I found him to be very honest and reliable. A definate asset to the Pontiac community.
