EBAY warning on "clear knob" window handles

Theres a guy selling window regulator handles under part #20348200.
This # has been(still is) black at least since at least 83.

The correct part # for clear was 20037597, which was changed to the black(20348200) around 82-83.

What were black knob handle regulators used on? I see them once in awhile in GTOs but don't remember seeing one when I was a kid. Mind you I only knew two GTOs back then.

So your saying that he's advertising a clear handle but he will send the black ones?? I was actually looking for some clear ones, I tried to find what your talking about on ebay but couldn't find it, thanx for the info

Havent seen the ad myself since i dont ebay.
A customer called wanting to know how much they where from GM when he saw they where go'n for about $200 a pair.
Thats when i noticed the part #.
Its for black knob handles.
Clear knob handles where discontinued around 82-83, and where a different part #.
