Chip at Power Steering Services in Springfield, Mo is great!!
I just had Chip rebuilt my steering box (quick ratio) and pump, and I bought a new rag joint from him as well.
All arrived and when I went to install, the rag joint part number on it's box was correct for the fitment, but would not fit the input shaft. I emailed Chip at that time (last Saturday night), and he returned my email right away. He said they had a few come through that were incorrectly labeled and said he would ship out a new one. He shipped out another rag joint first thing on Monday morning, which I received on Tuesday.
Great customer service, and oh yeah, the fit and finish of the steering box and pump are great.
