Very unsatisfied with Bruce Fulper / Rock and Roll Engineering

I am posting this to prevent anyone from going through what I am going through with Bruce Fulper / Rock and Roll Engineering. We agreed to an engine rebuild of my 455 pontiac. What was to take 3 months turned into 9 months, I was promised in email roller rockers, roller pilot bearing, cam card and received none of those. I paid in full and got less than what I paid for. Throughout the build, I would email for a status update. At first I would get a response that this or that is complete. Then as time went on, the emails started to not make sense. When I phoned and asked for clarification Bruce began to yell and swear at me on the phone and then hung up on me. I have finally gotten my engine back, but it is not as promised, ie there are no roller rockers, no roller pilot bearing, and no cam card. These missing items make me wonder what is really inside the rest of the motor. I have emailed and called Bruce several times trying to get answers as to why these parts are not on the engine and to ask some questions about the build, but he refuses to aswer my questions or explain why the parts are not there. Also, the motor was shipped back to me with junk shipping valve covers on it, no oil dipstick, and a very pitted timing cover that was not mine. I asked Bruce several times to return my valve covers. It took him a month to return them to me. He did provide an oil dipstick with the valve covers. Bruce kept my securing strap that I used to secure the engine to the pallet that I shipped to him. It was a $30 tie down strap, in eturn he mailed me $5. I would recommend staying away from Bruce Fulper and Rock and Roll Engineering. Nothing but headaches. I am now presuing legal action against him. Do a search of Bruce Fulper and Rock and Roll Engineering as there are several complaints. Email me if you wiould like further details.
