Another Cliff R thread. LOL I had him do the carb on my 72 Lemans about 1 year and a half ago, had to put the car aside for a while and today I finally had the chance to fire it up for the first time, well the results are in. The car ran like a raped ape all through the powerband, all the way up to 5200 rpm. I noticed a pretty good improvement in power and running qualities, great off idle response, and finally after years of WOT bogging.... no bog. I am super happy with the results, the only problem I had was the idle was a little high if you can call that a problem ;-). Thanks again Cliff Ruggles.

Sent my old factory replacement to Cliff month's ago; big backlog for him I guess. Can't wait to get it back. It'l make a nice Christmas gift for me.
So.........what's the menu of work he'll perform on them?

Mine took @ 8 months, sent it in for a performance rebuild not a restoration. I imagine the black arts were performed on it as well. It did run right out of the box and I can use the new gas with the alcohol blend in it as well.
