I'm certainly no expert on anything. I'm just trying to do some business with you.
If you change your mind and your price after a while, let me know.

I may have a space at the auto fair this coming fall. I met a guy from Statesville that has 10 spaces in the blue field (inside) that said he'd rent me 2 of them. I may drag a car out there with my van full of parts, a trunk load of beer and a few steaks. Not sure about Norwalk. I'd love to go though.

Happy New Year.
Back end straight? Can you send me some photos of the inside?
Do you have the keys to the ignition, doors, trunk and console? Is the trunk pan good?
If I bring four wheels and tires will it roll down 77 to Charlotte with a wishbone type tow bar?

I will try & get some more pics sometime. Not sure if the keys are anywhere in the car.
You will need a rollback or trailer most likely. Left front wheel bearing castle nut was used many moons ago & not sure if bearings are still there.

Hope you have a Happy New Year as well!!!

What's the condition of the front buckets, shifter and console? And would you sell those separately?

I'll come and look at it this weekend.
If I can get it rolling with the parts I already have I'll probably buy it.
I'll have to take off the front bumper and sawzall part of the Pass side fender.
Does it look like there's any frame damage on that side that would screw with the alignment or is it just sheet metal crunch?

I'm assuming the rear axel gears are still in it so please confirm this.
Is there a driveshaft still in it or did that go with the engine and trans?

Looks like a sheet metal crunch....I dont see a driveshaft. I glanced at he rear wheel studs..One is broke off....The rest have not been removed probably in 38 years??? I really suggest a trailer or rollback but its up to you if your up for some work. Sunday will probably work best for me.

Thanks

Russ, thanks for the assistance today. It's seems that nothing went as planned.
I may have to ask you to roll her back off into her space for a week or two. I checked the ground leading up to the barn where I'm putting the car.
To drive back there with your ramp truck would be insane. I'll call you tomorrow to discuss the options.

Looks like I have to add another one to my signature below...
