I am listing this car for a friend. Here is what I know about it. Originally, it was a 389 4-bbl automatic. He has converted it to a tri-power 4-spd. He has the parts to put it back original including the console. The tri-power has progressive linkage on it but he has the vaccuum linkage too.
Mileage is 36,372.9 as of this photo shoot
Power steering, power brakes, power windows
The car is all original with the following exceptions:
New carpet, hood insulation and trunk mat when car was re-painted 5 years ago. The bumpers have been re-chromed but all other trim is original.
Interor is original white. In one picture you may see what looks like a third brake light laying in the package tray. It is just laying there and not hooked up.
The 4 speed console is not correct.
To his knowledge the car has never been wrecked. There was a weak spot in front of the passenger side rear wheel that was cut out and replaced when the car was painted.
He is asking $34,900. He would consider a trade for a 55 Chevy Nomad. If anyone wants more info let me know and I will put you in contact with the owner.
