67 Catalina Convertible

Hey guys/gals, I'll be honest, I am not a true Pontiac guy so to speak. Don't dislike Pontiac's in the least bit just always been into Nova's. My wife told me she wanted "something different and a convertible" for an older ride that she could drive.
Sooooo, I stumbled upon this car and thought it was pretty cool. The problem though, is that she did not share my same vision, lol. :(
Anyhow, Just looking to get out of it what I have in it. Any questions just ask, email or call, 620.330.2385. Thanks.
This car has been stored for most of its life. A restoration was started on it 10 years ago and here it sits in the middle of being completed. The car is remarkably rust free in all the areas that convertibles are notorious for rotting out in like the floors and trunk. Actually the car is extremely clean and relatively rust free everywhere for that matter. The rust that did develop was in the typical spots; behind all the tires, around the wheel well lips and in the rocker panels. All the rust in the car has either been fixed already or is in the process with patch panels already in place. The front fenders were replaced with virgin fenders! I cannot verify that they are NOS but it is obvious they have never been on a car before! I can't imagine where anyone ever found them at. They are cherry though. The interior was near excellent to begin with but what wasn't in really good shape has been replaced or recovered. The convertible top is BRAND NEW! The car has had all new drum brakes, master cylinder, booster, lines etc put in it already. The engine compartment has been sanded down and detailed in semi gloss black. It also has new coil springs in the rear as these old heavy cars were known to sag a little in back as they aged. This car is near complete and very clean, just needs a motor and transmission and you will have a VERY cool and unique cruiser.
If you have any questions at all please email me at Jeff@testosteronemotorsports.com or call me at 620.330.2385. Thanks for looking!
