Well this is the first time I've had to do this but I have been waiting since Nov30th ( payment sent ) for a Manual I purchased from Pontiac Poncho
Item was supposed to have been shipped as per this E-mail I sent him telling him I've sent Payment

Item never came after about 2 weeks and he said he would get the tracking # so I replied no problem ( not thinking anybig deal close to Christmas and such ) I have not heard from him since
I sent another e-mail out on the 14th of Dec approx askin if he got my Message no response .....
I hope nothing has happened to him and this can be resolved
If the Manual got lost in the mail it got lost but at the least lets have some kind of Communication here IMO
I've dealt with a number of Members here on the Forum without issue

I paid via Paypal and have contacted them today so we'll see what happens to dispute Payment .....
Anyone else ever dealt with him.....Chris

Maybe you should key in some factors in this case as well.

#1 your in Canada and you wanted it shipped out first class mail...so I did so. I actually sent out two of these manuals through the post office to get to you. This is the holidays, and mail always tends to run slow, even to CANADA!

#2 I asked you repeatedly to email me to my personal email address since I do not use PY as my mailbox! What do you do?? Email me through PY??? I don't understand this!

Yes I got your paypal dispute and Both your $5 manual and your $9 refund were sent to you.

I guess I learned my lesson and I will not ship back to Canada!

JFYI, 4 of the 5 emails that you sent were between DEC 25th til Jan 1st when I was gone on vacation for the holidays. Most of these emails were sent to PY!!!
