Just before Xmas, Forum's member Tim John advertised a large Zoop's Seal kit for sale @ a killer price, and I was the lucky first one to respond affirmatively. Having received my cash payment, Tim was preparing the kit for shipment when he discovered that a liquid item in the kit had solidified. He then attempted to correct the problem through the manufacturer and the retail distributor, but the warranty time had passed and he was unable to purchase only the spoiled item. Tim then contacted me and said that he wished to cancel the sale and refund my payment since the kit was not as advertised. As promised, I received payment in today's mail.
Tim's honesty and diligence is much appreciated and typical of my various dealings with my fellow Forum's members.
