TinjunTribe aka Robert M. and I have been going back and forth over an original 69 GTO gas tank for well over a year.
Robert wasnt going to charge me anything for the tank if I would use it again.
It wasnt quite worth the money to custom box and ship, but he didnt want to throw it away, and I needed it.
Well, finally I found a associate who was heading to a few miles of where he lives, and he packed it up and it arrived back in NC.
My hats off to members like Robert who are willing to give parts away to others who need them, go to the trouble twice of finding a super size box, looking into shipping costs and taking time off work to meet my driver for the ride home.
A super person in my book.
