Approx. two years ago I posted a message on this forum in hopes of finding a "good" Restoration Shop to take our '69 GTO for restoration work. There were three fellow members that recommended "Transformation Restorations". They might not of known this at the time. For anyone else---BEWARE!!!! Goggle Transformation Restorations before you take your car there!!! You'll see what I mean!!! Now I have to try to get mine back in "pieces"!!!

Good luck getting your car back...a few other T/A owners got back their cars in worse condition than they were left with the guy.
If anyone's not aware....the guy let some success go to his head, took on heaps of work, and up front payments, then got caught in a fraud situation and to compound that he started VIN tampering so the Fed got him....convicted in court....I believe there are still lots of charges pending over the guy.
Can't imagine he'd still be trading.................

Wow,that is a scary story. I hope you are part of the Civil Suit. Did this guy show any photos to you of the work in progress? Or did you visit the facility to see for yourself? Larry B.

Im sorry about your situation. There is more info here: It seems to be a factual account by peple that are directly involved.
I have issues with the person and no opinion on the matter, but I just wanted to post that info here.
