Beware of sending packages thru Greyhound they do not honor the damage claim ..............http://www.shipgreyhound.com/contact/ everyone should email them and ask why they wont honor the damage claim.........

I just hung up from being told once again someone will contact me... we will see. So what am I supposed to do?????????? I will from this day forward never use your service again. And since I'm in a National Car club I will be posting a letter on every website that car guys move things around the country on so that this deal will get noticed. I will be posting a letter in our NATIONAL publication also about this. Your companies lack of respect for those you have wronged is going to be posted everywhere I have the pictures still remember!!?? Oh yea I took them and submitted them as evidence of your companies disrespect of my property. It cost me money from MY POCKET to repair what you had damaged. It is totally obvious the claim I submitted has never even been even looked at other than to send me a denial letter. If it had been you would have LOOKED at the pictures I submitted and you would have seen your self that the box had been in fact drug across the pavement till the contents were exposed and then damaged.
