I recently had some dealings with Macks Standard Transmission in Houston and I am extremly not pleased with the results. The person I spoke with, Scott seemed to be very knoledgable about Muncie transmissions. I odrderd the part I needed for a customers car and was told is was in stock would ship out that day and I would have it the next day. After a couple of days went by the parts did not show up and Scott was hard to get hold of, didn't return calls, when i got hold of him the story changed blah blah blah part never got shipped.
