Goodluck with getting an apology. I suggest you hold your breath on that. Yes e-mail string is clear, extraordinarily clear. I told you I wanted them and would take them even before you posted a price. I provided you my phone number, name and mailing address as well as the PY forum or personnel message contact route available to you. I did not have either of the the first two to contact you with. Moreover with all of the avenues available you never contacted me in that three day period telling me what your price was, your payment expectations, and where to send payment to. The expectation in any reasonable man test is that no urgency was presented by you. If that were the case you would have responded to either one of the four options available to you as noted above. You post a price on Friday night and sell it early the next morning to another party without notifying me that you are a) entertaining other offers, b) confirming how I was planning to pay, the list just goes on as to what was available for you to do to confirm the sell to me.

It is your right to sell to whomever you choose but the facts of this situation support the reasonable expectations for communition between people who have entered into a verbal agreement. Your lack of communication does not support those expectations of communication. Your actions show no responsibility for communication on your part, only that you would communicate on your time line and terms.

You have a lot of great parts including the cornering lights, the power vent windows and the door panels do not appear to be cracked.

Yes, I am interested in the power antenna as long as the antenna is complete. Please look at the followin gpieces along with it: a) mounting bracket in the trunk, b) the base fittings on the top of the qtr panel, c) the coax cable from the antenna to the radio and d) the power connection wire ( think its a brown or red/pink wire).

I don't remember What does the up/down switch look like? I may be interested in that if it is interchangable with '69's

I saw that another guy (Comsur) asked for them. I am assuming since I asked first they are mine.

Another part you will need to keep is the SafeGuard speedo unit. These are pretty rare. Be sure to not cut the buzzer wire. Take it off with the complete wiring harness. Call me if you have any questions about taking some of theparts off or to ask about any other parts that may be desireable to the community.

I am coming down to NC next month around the 16th. I may be able to just come by Tyron, NC and pick up the antenna from you saving us both the hassle of shipping.

now you're all concerened about it 3 days later when someone else asks about it. again telling me about your trip to nc and wanting to pick it up to save shipping hassels. yeah because its so big and would cost a fortune. you just wanted to see what you're purchasing before you lay any cash out, because you don't trust anybody on the internert, probably because you yourself are not the honest person that you acuse me of.

Well I have to say thats pretty crappy. You asked if I was interested in the parts, I responded quickly that I was, even without hearing a price. Through all of this you never provided an address or phone number to contact you nor did you use my phone number that I provided answer any questions you may have had.

I suppose when you are looking for parts these situations are going to happen sometimes but it is still a low road way of doing business. That being said I'm sure you'll understand that I'll have to use every means at my disposal to advertise how you actually do business in the hope of preventing others from being dealt with in the same manner. Sorry about being so brutal but its just business.

i never asked you if you were interested, since you contacted me, i assumed you were interested. unless of course you just wanted to show your knowledge about what color wires are and where knobs are located and what optons are valuable. believe me, i know whats what. i also know when people like to stoke others about used parts and just talk about them. it hapens everyday. i expect it on ebay and craigslist. but not on a pontiac forum. if you want it, ask how much and buy it if you're comfortable about it. but i can not find in any of your responses or questions you asking me how much i wanted for it, how i want to be paid. all i got from you was knowledge that i already knew and that you were going on vacation next month to nc. i don't really care were your going or what you know. i'm sorry you're upset with me about this but i didn't take you as a serious buyer since you never asked about price or payment. that is why i finally posted prices in the forum. i grew tired of people asking how much for things and then never to be heard from again. as for the apoligy, i don't need it. but, i dare you to find anyone on this board or any board or anyone in the pontiac community to have something bad to say about me. do a research in this very section and see what comes up. hopefully you learned something from all this, don't be so arrogant next time and think a seller has to bow to a buyer, this isn't ebay. oren
