So went to order 2 door skins and 2 rockers today from Yr.1...(71 bird)
Nice thanksgiving discount so I was all set to push the button. Noticed $211 SHIPPING CHARGE. Could this be right (I will call of course)
I know it is bulky but my 4 rims only cost 60 to ship?

Any other options for these needed items?
thanks
Steve

Yeah, Performance Years. And they don't rip off the customer with outrageous shipping charges.

The ONLY reason not to order your Pontiac restoration parts from PY or Ames, is IF by some chance they don't carry the part your looking for! if at all possible stay away from the shops that cater to multiple makes of cars and parts!

I just don't get Y.O's ignorance of what they are trying to do..They are about 1 hour from me and I stopped dealing with them many tears ago..very stubborn to negotiate with (impossible!) I even walked in with the P.Years catalog and they wouldn't budge, and condescending counter help. I remember over 15 or more years ago when they were JUST Pontiac and were really great.. now, what A SHAME.. I get their 30% off notices and will have fun looking...I actually filled a cart( around 3 g's worth) with some stuff (that I just bought from our host) just to see what the total would be with shipping (and I'm only an hour away!). Oh my God! What a rip, I just shut that down right away! Only when I need a part like yesterday will I use them and I hate myself that day for doing it. Anyway I bless our host for their existence!
