Hurst GA won't send parts or refund

I sent 175.00 in a Money order to Patrick Honaker(Hurst GA) in Wisconsin 16 months ago for misc. lemans & grand am parts,nice guy seems honest & everything, but will not send my parts or my money back, I have always treated him with respect & been cool to him,talked to him many times on phone,there was always some problem going on to where he couldn't get the parts packed or find a box or get to the post office & now he won't answer his phone or emails at all,if anyone here knows him maybe you could talk to him for me it woild be greatly appreciated my number is 580-743-0297
