Why do i bother?

I give people free stuff that they need and then i ask if they got it,never get answers back!I don't want the postage,just want to know if they got what i sent.I'm done giving free parts away...

I gave a guy a bunch of free parts... and he thanked someone else on the forum.. and the guy he thanked... got paid for his stuff.

another time... I sent a guy a part he needed.... GAVE it to him.. I just said.. when you receive it... plse just send me the amount of the postage.... NEVER heard back from him after I tossed it in the mail .

I recently threw out a bunch of parts.. I knew someone could use.. but.. I made room.. I made it fast.. and I didn't have to wonder if someone would be kind enough just to send me the amount of the shipping/postage.or... at least... say "thank you " maybe?

I know exactly what you mean. I have bent over backwards to help out people whether it be advice, giving free parts, I even drilled .040" holes in a bunch of oil galley plugs for a guy and sent them to him free of charge and postage and not even a thank you or props on here. Oh, but I saw him on here days later thanking a whole handful of people for stuff they sold him. I guess I should have charged him, maybe then he might of said something! At any rate, I don't let it bother me, that's just how some people are. Just keep being yourself, that's what matters. I'm not going to change the way I am because of it.
