Steer clear of buying parts from gtoraz69. I sent a check for a non endura header panel and waited approx a month. Never heard back, so I sent him a pm asking if he had received my check and he said he had and apologized for the delay. No problem, things happen. I have waited nearly two more months and sent a few more Pm's only there has been no response and I see no activity on here since march. It's not the end of the world, but $20 is $20 and $160 is 8 $20's and I'm just disapointed. I see others have posted on his visitor page that they also haven't received goods they have paid for. I truly hope nothing is wrong with this gentleman, but if he is indeed in good health, I am disapointed. I've always had great luck with fellow Pontiac guys on py, until now. - adam

Had a similar issue on an item I bought from this seller. No contact and no product for over a month. I figured I just got hosed but the item did eventually arrive. It's too bad since he advertises some nice items but I don't know if I'd take the risk again.

It's very unfortunate what's gone on with Tom. He was at one time rock-solid as far as buying parts. I have a bunch of his parts on my '68. I once sent him nearly $800.00 and he sent me the parts, so I trusted him. Bought some more stuff from him and again no problems. But this last time, I sent him $185.00 over two months ago and never heard back. I have his home phone number, all you get is his voicemail and he never calls back. I know that his wife died of cancer and it was very hard on him, but that's certainly no excuse to keep people's money. At this point have given up on it, and I do hope he's ok. We talked about life sometimes and he was REALLY in the dumps, and I believe he sold his wife's car on here recently too.

He seemed like such a nice, friendly guy and it's really a bummer things have turned out like they have. I hope you get your money or parts back, but don't hold your breath.

I am not sure what Tom Raczkowski's (aka gtoraz69) problem is either. I have been holding off on posting anything as I also was giving him the benefit of the doubt. At this point, I see that there are many of us in line that have been financing Tom. I guess we have all been getting hosed. Regardless of what is going on in your life you still need to take care of your obligations. Not answering phone calls, emails, PM's, voicemails, etc. is just avoidance and outright theft. He has been jacking me around since January. After he received my prompt payment via postal money order, He finally shipped me what turned out to be the wrong parts. Upon receiving his package, I called to let him know that these were not the same parts that he had advertised. He apologized for shipping me the wrong parts but also informed me that he had sold them to someone else. He offered me a refund so I immediately shipped them back to him at my expense. He has promised the refund of $103.00 on a couple of occasions but has basically gone AWOL since February. He said that he would take care of it after he received his tax refund. I am sure that has come and gone by now. It is not a huge amount of $$ but things are tight for everyone today. I am now out the parts and the dough. If he should decide to stand up and fulfill his obligations, I will be the first to post as such. Until then, I will NOT hold my breath!

I have removed Tom's posting privileges except for this forum area until this gets cleared up. Hopefully it is not something serious.

I hope tom is alright, sincerely. I have no hard feelings, and I am fine with moving on. Hope everyone else is well too and gets their situations resolved.

If you sent the money postal money order not sending the parts is a federal offense!

I use postal money orders to set customers mind at ease, because they are federal. So to anyone who bought that way from this or any other seller who screwed you, you have a much better recourse than a personal check or something of that nature.
