broken column

This is just a heads up on this guy-Bob Vrenna out of Deerfield Beach, Fl. I purchased a tilt/column from him for $250.00 and yes I asked and he did assure it worked as it should...not. Column has broken internal parts and he pretty much blew me off will not make this right. He told me to take somewhere and get it fixed. I Don't like to post something like this but I got ripped. Do Not Buy any parts from him!!
I'm pissed....
