They don't have an official listing on the Cars and Coffee website yet so they use Facebook. It is every other month on the second Sat. Used to be a La Graves field but it is now at Montgomery Plaza on 7th by Chick-fil-a. I have never been before but I have friends that have. You will see everything from exotics to muscle to rat rods. Not a huge group like Dallas but fun for a couple of hours on a Sat morning.

Thanks for the link! There is one over here in Plano that is supposed to be a big meeting but I have never been.
Wonder if a DFW PY all Pontiac meeting would be fun?

I have never been to the Dallas one. I have a few friends that went one or two times. They say it is very political. It has gotten so big they run out of spots so they have "door men". They will let tons of new mustangs, camaros, vettes, BMW's etc and turn away a hot rod or muscle car if they don't know or like the car.
Fort Worth is supposed to be smaller and way more friendly. I would love to get some PY Pontiac love going over in Ft Worth!

Where have I heard this before lol. The are an exorbitant number of money bought insecure ego boys out there.
I will save the facebook page and also let a Pontiac friend know about the Ft Worth crowd. We might show up in two of his cars since mine needs more work before it makes a trip like that.

The time for this event is between 8am and 11am. I hope to be there shortly after 8 with the 72 GTO

I've been to the one in Dallas many times. You do have to show up well before 8am if you want to get a spot. There have been a few times when a "gate-keeper" waved me off but I just circled the block and found another way in :)

I hit the Plano C&C most months unless it is just too cold. While they do tend to waive people off it is only because the lot is too full. Most months you have all the parking spots full by 8:00am and then overflow with people parking in the lanes. No matter how you slice it there are some great cars. Yes. Too many late model cars for my liking as well, but there is something for everyone regardless.

Been to the Dallas C & C a few times, don't really care for it, not many Musclecars from the 60's-70's, lots of Volvos, VW's, Bmw's and even PT Cruisers! More of a gathering of posers and Wannabees than car enthusiasts, People taking their dogs for a walk and even a Modeling agency doing a show at least once. friends form Frisco go a lot and at times get turned back at 7 am. Lots of Egos too, it's all about who's got the latest and greatest.

Went saturday probably 125 to 150 cars. Two pontiacs my 72 GTo and contos's beautifull firebird. About five other old cars. All the rest were newer camaros corvettes mustangs porche lotus and Cadillacs but it was still a good show.

I thought it was a good turnout of a wide variety. Meet some nice people. Talked to everyone from Ferrari owners to rice burners. Autobahn gives out Chic-fil-a cards to the first that show up which was nice for breakfast and coffee. I will probably go again in March.
