I'll start by saying i really like what PowerMaster did for me. I had a starter on my 73 GTO for just a little under 2 years. I had had problems with hard start for awhile & went to a mini starter , but even with the mini from PowerMaster I continued to have hot start problems. If I got the car hot from driving it more then 20 miles or so it wouldn't start even with the mini. I was at the Lane cruise a few weeks ago & PowerMaster had a booth there & I explained my problem. I was advised to send it to them & they would see what they could do. You know that usually means were going to get back in your pocket. I sent it to them & when they called me to advise me what had to be done , they asked how long I had had the starter . Again it was about 2 years. The guy told me it looked like I had it in a daily driver for over 10 years. He said it looked bad. Then I was waiting to hear you have to pay $$$$ how much??? I was then told it was free & that they had throwen out all the bad parts which was everything except the case itself. I got a new starter for free that was out of warr. by 1 year 9 mo's. I got it back the next day & it looked great & works like a charm now. PowerMaster did right by me & I can't say anything bad about there service. Thats why I buy American , they stand by there work & product. I know when I need anything from them for my car again they are going to be the 1st & only one I buy from. PowerMaster you rock.
