Seemed to me like the year before last had a better turn out, last year was not that either.
If most of the folks taht have come in the last 10 years would show up, we'd have a barn burner!!!
I'm still assuming it's open to the BOP crowd and others. Just show up folks!!!
Maybe there needs to be an unwritten rule, If you show up and want to enter the show or race, and pay the fee, YOU'RE IN...what would I know, I just want to preserve the hobby...

I am hoping this is the last year I have to sit out of the racing...still have my stuff but the twin 4 cylinder that used to be a V8 in the Green 69 is scattered all over my shop floor just like it has been since pulled and my Black 69 was running absolutley perfect and I changed the oil one Sunday and being the gearhead I am decided to cut the filter open to find lots of nice bearing material :( Took the engine out of it right then and it still sits complete with nothing else done... Thought about selling it all including my 4 speed 77 TA but my wife won't hear of it (keeper). Once I get to where I am not spending all my discretionary funds on stuff like land to deer hunt, dozer work, etc... I will be back in race mode!

How is the swap meet at this event on may 2, will be in tulsa then and I,am a pontiac guy also and would like to come to it if its a good swap meet.

Would get more people out of Texas if it weren't the same weekend as the biggest swap meet of the year down here --

Anyone that comes up that has never met me; please give me a call and let's meet. Should be walking the event, all parts of it. Although I am officially a club member I didn't get assigned any duties.

To both of you, I was in big trouble I didn't know it. Got home and crashed hard for a lack a better work. Just climbed out of bed from a small nap and that seems to have helped.
More later when I download pics; got to see how the kids are doing and what not first.

Just believe that the prayers work, don't think any other way! I believe in miracles! I'm proof of them! I have faith that God's got plans for you. John 10:10 says that Jesus came so that we can have life and have it more abundantly. I'm praying that every time I think of you, for you!!! Pray for faith for yourself, wife and family. Johnny so sorry to hear that! Jon Edwards whom was supposed to be there too; he couldn't come last minute because his dad did die Saturday morning. Mine unexpectedly last fall, and Gordon's dad is now it bad shape. Crazy days for us all in this regard.
