Just wanted to let everyone know of the great customer service I received from Chris.
I had purchased this mini-starter from another vendor and it had worked well for over a year then it started to grind and not catch the flywheel etc...
So I remeasured the play and realized it was only catching a 1/3 of the teeth. It was the starter block and it needed to be machined more. I sent it down to Chris because of the expiration of its one year warranty.
Turns out it wasnt one of their starters. It was a rebuilt starter using their starter housing block. So he remachined the block and even cleanedup the starter teeth and shipped it back to me all at NO CHRGE!!!
Yesterday, I got the starter back and I installed it. Sounds better than before and its working great too!!
