Glass removal from 68 door

[63 Pontiac]

So I'm trying to remove the window track from a 68 Catalina rear door. Everything is unbolted but still can't get glass out. The glass is in the channel trim and there isn't enough room to get it out of the channel. Would like to remove without cutting the door up.
