Pigtail wire for rear window Catalina wagon

I’m in need for a pigtail wire 3 wire unit that hooks up to the key cylinder that operates the rear window on my 67 Catalina wagon. If someone has it or know where I can buy one please let me know.
The original pigtail was made by PED Packard Electric Device. See pictures.
