I found myself a really nice condition factory LH remote mirror. Exact same as on my Bonne and the one you used on the RH side of yours. About to start tackling the spacer issue. Do you know how your mate did it???
It's a huge task, just trying to work out how he did the screw mounts etc as everything is wrong angle.
trying to think if a solid brass block or a brass tube will be easier as a starting point? Any help with this would be appreciated, or if your friend can remember what he did and send the blueprints, that would be awesome.
