John, another thing that comes and goes with age is CRS . I realized the other night I gave the wrong name for the owner of Westside Barbell Club. It's Louie Simmons, NOT Louie Anderson (he's a comedian I think). Anyway, if you google the club's name you'll get all kinds of good info on their training techniques.
