			<description>Hello all
I was wondering if anyone has a solution for the replacement of the rubber grommets on the stock transmission on the levers see pic
I would prefer to replace with with a metal bushing for a more positive shift
I am not looking to drill out the shifter gates
Thank you in advance</description>
