Are you still looking for license plate frames from Thomas Pontiac in Parkersburg WV?
If so, I may be able to help. I have a pair of them. One front w/screw holes at top of frame, and one rear w/holes at bottom of frame.
I do not want to sell these, but there is someone on a Facebook group for Pontiac Literature and Memorabilia, who is reproducing the old decals and putting them on frames that look identical to the frames I have.
I could take pictures of mine and send to you, and you could contact him to see what he could do for you.
