- First car was a 1964 Chevy 3/4 ton PU, manual trans, manual brakes, manual steering, the way it should be. It had a wicked little 60 over 'Vette 327 that ran great from 3-7k rpm and was a pain in the butt to race with the compound low 1st gear. A guy really only used 2-4th. I drove it into the ground. :D The first car I bought myself was a 1973 Olds Cutlass Supreme with a 350 Rocket and a TH350 tranny. I drove it into the ground too. LOL!
